Very fine detail full round carving!
This is a Vintage mid 20th century handcarved wood statue of the Saint Joseph holding the Child Jesus. Provenance is Italy carved by Ditta Goferdo Moroder & Migli. Quality matches or surpasses that of ANRI. It stands 15" H x 4" W x 3"D and weights 1 lbs/3oz. It is in mint condition having been stored for many years. Oil washed finish with gold gilt and neutral toned polychrome. Amazing condition for its age.
