An early 19th century South American Immaculada Conception(Immaculate Conception) of Portuguese influence, handcarved, gessoed thickly and polychrome painted. She has tiny glass eyes and three beautiful cherubs below her attached to the clouds. Very colorful painting which seems to have been stabilized and parts of it repainted. Stands 10.25" high x 4.25" wide x 3.5" deep and weighs 12.8 oz.
