Shipping, Selling and Return Policies
Shipping Policy: All shipping shall be via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground INSURED or United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail INSURED or whichever we deem is faster or unless specifically requested by customer.
Please e-mail us prior to ordering if you are an international buyer so we can pre-calculate your shipping costs.
Return Policy:
It is rather time consuming and expensive for both us the seller and you the buyer to return items so please ask us for more information about the item before purchasing it.
When an item must be returned please do it within 5 days from date of receipt. Buyer must contact us via e-mail upon receipt. Item to be returned must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you and must be insured to protect seller and buyer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, insurance and handling to and from destination. Refund will be given as money back (purchase price only).
Sorry returns are absolutely not accepted for international buyers. We sell only pre-ban ivory. Absolutely No ivory products will be sold overseas.
